Rates
Standard Room, single/double occupancy:  $189.00 plus 15.39% tax
Children under 18 years old staying in the same room as their parents are free. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date (s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay.  This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Cut-off Date:  July 24, 2009
A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the special ISMP rates. We anticipate that rooms will sell quickly and advise you to make reservations early, well before the cut-off date of July 24.  After that date, reservations will be accepted at prevailing rates on a room available basis.

Room Sharing List

This list is intended to assist ISMP attendees in locating roommates to share hotel rooms. It is the user's responsibility to contact other individuals on the list to determine compatibility for room sharing and to make all necessary arrangements, including hotel reservations.

Periodically, we will email the list to all individuals who have signed up.
